Yes, the meat speaks for itself
I like this guy. I like how unscientific he is. He didnât measure anything, and he didnât even check the temperature or the time.
Obviously, he knows what heâs doing, so he doesnât have to. But, itâs cool how loose he is with his method.
I like how he also talked about what smoker heâs using. Thatâs helpful because it looks like a smoker thatâs very easy to useâespecially for someone like me whoâs never used one before.
But you know what? Aside from the sauce, which will be high in sugar and LDL cholesterol, thereâs nothing unhealthy about those burgers. Thereâs meat, onions, pork, and spices. Unless you have a heart condition, thereâs nothing unhealthy there. Pork is high in niacin. Both the beef and pork are high in protein. The onion is a vegetable. Cheddar cheese has calcium and healthy fat.
And then theyâre smokedânot deep fried in palm oil or seed oil. What more could you ask for?
Nice smoker, there are many types of smoker.
charcoal smoker
propane smoker
electric smoker
pellet smoke
Itâs funny. whenever you get interested in something, you discover new things, you open Pandoraâs box, and the rabbit hole goes much deeper than you realize.
I didnât even think about different types of smokers.
You see how a manâs garage can quickly fill up?
It must be fun, though!
Imagine this smoker arrives at your doorstep direct from the manufacturer, and your local butcher is just a few minutes away.
You canât help yourself. Youâre gonna fire that thing up as soon as you assemble it!
Once you get comfortable using it, youâre gonna wanna try other smokers and try out different techniques. Next thing you know, youâve got four different smokers in your garage. haha
What fun!
It tastes better when you share!
What countryâs/cityâs/restaurantâs fried chicken would you like to try?
Though question because I really donât know, lol but hereâs a start. I would prefer to see how the locals make their fried chicken dishes

The Wienerâs Circle in Chicago is known for their abrasive service, itâs part of the tradition.
The Cheeseburger Show: Wienerâs Circle Uncensored
Jason Kelce and Andrew Whitworth Get Roasted At The Wieners Circle
This is too funny! He said, " I just wanted a cheeseburger!" He couldnât believe how difficult it was to order a meal. haha
That lady is so cool.
First of all, whatâs up with Sisqo Jr? haha
Second, that chicken looks delicious. Those guys are having fun!
I hate to say it, but I think I would vote the American chicken 3rd. Only because of the health factor. Eating just the skin, dude? That shows you that the chicken wasnât left to marinate at all.
Iâve heard stories about letting the chicken marinate overnight before frying it. A speaker, Eric Thomas, he talked about his grandma. He said her fried chicken was so good, that when she died that was the #1 thing people talked about: her chicken. And she marinated it overnight in buttermilk.
Of those 8 marinades, which ones would you try first?
I would go for the pineapple and honey mustard first. That barbecue marinade would be last for me. I only say that because I feel like barbecue sauce is too strong and heavyâwell, at least the ones that come in a bottle. Often, bbq sauce has too much sugar for my taste.
My favorite is honey mustard sauce, and I already have had it marinade, and I have had fajita marinade so I will go for the ones I have never tried, and BBQ sauce is not on my list at all. I can start with pineapple or lemon garlic as my first, but if forced I will choose pineapple.
I love pineapple. I love ham., I love pizza. Why is it such a crime to put them together?? haha
I think the people who donât like hawaiin pizza, are the same kind of people who donât like mint chip ice cream.
I get it, though. Itâs not for everyone.
But remember: when youâre putting pineapple on your baked ham, youâre just a few steps away from a hawaiin pizza!
Fusion cuisine is a cuisine that combines elements of different culinary traditions that originate from different countries, regions, or cultures.
When no oneâs around do you put soy sauce on your french fries? I suppose you could call that fusion cuisine. Perhaps, this will help you understand better.
Popular Types of Fusion
- Tex-Mex: this type of cuisine is a blend of traditional Mexican foods like beans, meats, and cheeses with Texas-inspired cooking methods, like frying tacos so that theyâre crispy.
- Cajun: hailing from the bayous of Louisiana, this French-inspired cuisine popular in the American South includes pork and crawfish bases with heavy seasonings.
- French-Vietnamese: among other Asian fusion menu items, the ever-popular sandwich known as the bĂĄnh mĂŹ includes Vietnamese pork sausage and veggies on a French baguette.
- Indo-Chinese: taking aspects of Indian food like vegetables and spices, merging them with Chinese sauces, and cooking them in a wok, makes this family of cuisine a winning combination.
- American sushi: offerings like the California roll have classically American ingredients like mayonnaise and avocado, served via a decidedly Japanese makizushi sushi roll.
