Anyone know the difference between pennants and symmetrical triangles? In babypips school, the shapes look exactly the same to me. I’m thinking maybe it’s just that triangles take a while to form, while pennants are brief consolidations.

Hi, a pennant and symmetrical triangles are SIMILAR but NOT the SAME.
The Difference is that, Pennants have a FLAG POLE included in its overall pattern while Symmetrical triangles appear without a flag pole.
Similarly, Wedges have a more zigzag-like flag pole and also the flag shape tends to look like the KFC wedges 
and not really a flag .
