When is the worst time of the year to trade forex?

Usually holiday times like July- Aug and Xmas - New year.
Also, we are now in a global uneasiness which is economically inflation driven, with an added threat of WW3. One aspect financial markets do not like is uncertainty and that is why market sentiment is continously disruptive to market movements.

I say zoom out and look to see if you can find any time period that looks unfavourable to you. Do that for two different years and see if they coincide.
