Where can I find the best forex broker? Where can I find accurate signal?
Regarding accurate signals, personally I’ve read way too many horror stories here in various threads about signal trading. Be extremely cautious.
It’s impossible to say which is the best broker, but that’s not what you need anyway, you just need to avoid getting robbed. Try and use a broker from somewhere with a strong regulator - US, UK, EU, Australia.
You usually must pay for trade signals. And there is no way of knowing their value until you have already paid for them. So it would be like putting your money in the hands of a car salesman and asking him to tell you what car you are going to end up with.

Hmmm. 
I wouldn’t say they’re the “best” but I would recommend Oanda, FXCM or Forex.com. 
But about the signals 
I’ve had a bad experience with signals and copy trading so ever since, I’ve been wary of them.
