If you look at dailyfx.com
they are on the homepage, just be aware thats not the rate you are paid, thats the london interbank rate, libor. the amount you are paid can vary from broker to broker, so you should check with your broker.
As for the cary trade, now is probabily not the best time to be trying it, a lot of the carry trades have unwound when the cr@p hits the fan, money tend to flow into safehaven countrys currency, doller, swiss, and jpy.
