I have just started with my trading journey. Please suggest me some easy and useful indicators that I can depend on.
You don’t have to use an indicator at all (though its rare to see a price chart without at least one moving average).
The choice of indicator is completely subordinate to an issue arising from your chosen strategy. If you have a strategy which leaves you unsure of your actions in certain circumstances maybe an indicator might answer the specific question to get past this blockage. But don’t expect much more - indicators are definitely not buy/sell signallers.

Get hold of a simple strategy using daily charts or at least 4-hourlies and demo trade it until your fingers bleed - AND - its making money consistently.

The best indicator will be the one that suits your own trading style and psychology. However, there is no single best indicator that fits all trader styles. With time and experience, you should be able to find the right indicators for you
