As for me I work wif one of the leading financial institutions in my country, I have been trading for over a year now… Hv blown 2 live accounts and looking forward to opening the THIRD and profitable one.
Still learning more on psychology though:p:p
I worked for a financial company also- not trading though as to be honest, if I could have gotton into trading in a firm, I probably wouldn’t have started Forex. I don’t think it matters what you did/are doing to be fair, I’ve worked in McDonalds and I’ve been a delivery driver when I was at school/uni. Unltimately, I think it’s down to the person.
College student.
10 year in the UK Civil Service, from university to a couple of years ago. Then my wife started having children, I wanted to find something to do that was more flexible and had me at home more. So I left the Civil Service, started a couple of (unrelated) companies, and took a look at trading. I went ‘full time’ at the trading this year.
Computer Engineering student, after I graduated college I started trading.
Mining engineer. Gold to be specific. Started trading after graduation as well. Currently working but trading when I have time
