Why am I here and where do I go

I have had a small taste of money trading which did not end well. The broker’s main purpose, it seems, was to manipulate me into investing more and more money without taking the time to teach me any sl or tp manipulation tactics.
I have learned on my own some very basic sl and tp but not enough to continue trading so I have decided to learn as much as I can now before proceeding further.
Further as a Canadian, I no longer feel it right to go to a foreign broker when there should be ample brokers in Canada itself to serve my needs.
As I am getting older, I also feel this would probably be a means to creating a comfortable passive income if managed right.

Hi and welcome on BP  The education section is good place as a start. Regards Greg
PS: did you think about learn to trade futures?

Hi Jim. First, change to a properly regulated broker. Any broker requesting you to invest more money is a scam marketing practice. Beware. That should never happen. I hope you can withdraw your money. See below link.

BTW, FX trading is not an income source, per se, because there’s no guarantee you’ll make money. It’s a tough long journey with no short cuts to success and perseverance is a key criteria.
