ok maybe I’ll give Myfxbook.com a try. Do they have a MT4 syncing tool for their website?
So is MT4Sync a fairly unreliable program? There doesn’t seem to be much information about it on the web and the only reason I joined MeetPips.com was because I did the BabyPips tutorial and it recommended I do it.
MT4Pips is one of the Baby Pips suite of websites… was promising but I think they ran into more problems than they were capable of solving…whether time, money, skills I don’t know. It just seems to have been put on the backburner.
For myfxbook, after I signed up, all I had to do was go into the “Portfolio” option and “Add” an account which was to select my broker, what kind of account it was (real or demo), and the MT4 account number…and that was it! Nothing to download, and it works/updates great!
Is the Olanda a re-programed version of MT4?
If so then don’t bother with them as a Broker IMHO.I had similar problems with,"AVatrade"demo account and their version of MT4.It locked up and had proprietary templates that were useless.
My rule is now:Pure normal version of MT4.There are enough scams and bad dealings in,"Forex"both factual and reported rigging of Forex Markets.I’m not going to add to that by using software that I don’t know what’s going on,“Under-the-Hood”.
There are many good brokers out there who don’t mess with the software.Use them.
