Lately I have been a bit more successful, thankfully. It was really stressing me out before. I hope you’ll manage to overcome that too.
Yes, this year is very difficult and has brought a lot of trouble for all people. In order to keep calm and a sane, I am trying to find positive things. Thanks to the pandemic, I was able to spend more time with my family and people close to me, I started reading different literature again, I rethought my attitude to life a little bit and I was also very pleased with the improvement in the climate of the planet.
Aww. Thanks for sharing that and I’m happy for you! I’m also feeling a lot better, and I guess, I’m trying to be more active in causes that I feel strongly for. Sort of adds purpose to my life and it just feels super fulfilling to “be the change you want to see.” Haha.
I have adopted the practice of meditation daily and would recommend you to do the same.
I tried out yoga and meditation the other day, and it was certainly calming!
