With the Irish bailout, which way is the Euro going?

Since the European nations agreed to bail out ireland this sunday, how will this effect on the eur/usd short term these next few days?

Down!

Think about it…

Ireland in trouble = weak euro
EU counties bailing Ireland out = weak euro

Nothing is showing me signs of a positive euro right now

It is climbing right now as we speak. Could there be negative sentiment on the USD? Perhaps the North Korea situation?

It isn’t really climbing a lot? Check out the Daily timeframe… I think if it breaks below 1.3270 we’ll be in for another big drop… Let’s see

I wouldn’t rush into selling the Euro after tonight’s news of the bailout for
Ireland by the ECB along with England/Sweden and another wealthy European
Nation.

You’re viewing that wrong.

If anything happens in Korea, the buck will go up on steroids, and the stock market will drop like a stone.

The flight to safety would be swift.

You were right. This 85 Billion euro Bail Out is seen positive.

I Heard on the news that, The market saw the Bail out as a positive thing,
They said that the government have the money but the banks don’t.
As you compare the rest of the Euro, Portugal and Spain don’t have money…
Just what i heard…
