I just did a google search for EA programmers and it came back with quite a few. Most seem to start around $100.
It would depend on a huge number of factors, mainly how complicated the EA gets (is), the experience of the coder, locality of the coder and so on. Basic ones could be done $100 and if you are lucky even $50 or less. while complicated ones could cost into thousands of dollars.
Look into someplace that lets you use escrow and such, scriptlancer, rentacoder getafreelancer are a few that come to mind. You really don’t want to be dealing directly with unknown people on the net.
