They refund my bank account and took my money back.

I don’t think you should leave your account number here for security reasons. Have you tried ringing them? Good luck I hope you resolve it.
So you mean they steal from you or there is something else anyway ? Cause I am kinda lost completely here. Please do make it matter totally and completely. What it gives to make it possible, I do not see it happening. Maybe you broke some rules or so.
