YouTradeFx is stil;l happily operating a website. A guy by the name of Daniel Collin and his partner (Maria Lyon)are busy operating the Scam. Does this mean nothing can be done?, they cannot be traced and that millions will continue to be loose money?.I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING REPLY FROM THE UK OMBUDSMAN: Your trading
statement refers to “You Trade Holdings Limited”.
Your complaint has been set up against Youtrade Capital Markets Limited (trading as
Youtrade FX), which is regulated by the FCA. However, the information you have provided
does not show that you are, or ever were, a customer of that business.Your account was opened in April 2014 and it would therefore appear that you
opened an account with a company trading under the You Trade Holdings Ltd
umbrella that was not an FCA regulated business.
Based on the above, I believe the consumer relationship you have is with a
company called You Trade Holdings Limited (as per your trading statements).Because of this, I do not find
that we can consider your complaint further.
