Surely you have bought a product which was advertised on TV? Yet, do you 100% believe everything of what the TV adverts say? No, you discount the parts you don’t believe and you go ahead and make the purchase decision if you want that particular product. Its a value decision.
There is a limit between marketing and scam.
If they say a car runs 25 km/l and than I make 20 it is fine, if I make 10 the advertisment is false.
Tha same selling cars, if aI sella car worth 2000 at 3000 I am a good seller, if the car value was 300 I am a scammer.
A strategy that doesn’t make pips has no value so if I teach it asking for money I am a charlatan.
You can say it more than enough times ,doesnt mean its true or right
So why then if it doesnt matter if its real or demo does it matter to Scruffy. Why is he going out of his way to a) pretend its real and b) spend all weekend trying to get my posts removed and pull down my youtube
So if you see a Gucci bag on your tv advert and are told its real on the add but when you buy it you realise its fake ,you are saying that the seller has not done anything wrong
There are two questions in the actual case we’re discussing - never mind confusing the issue with Gucci bags.
Firstly, Scruffy offers something which he says works. Having watched a sample of his clips over the months I can’t see any lie there. Do you see a strategy which he offers which cannot work?
Secondly, is he trading from a live account or a demo account? I don’t know and I don’t care because I don’t think it matters.
HE has to prove that the strategy is winning… and has a value.
Stating the credibility of the guy is more easy that an in dept analysis of the trading strategy. Live trading means that he has skin in the game and trusts his strategy.
If he is falsifying it it means that:
Mate I seriously regret giving you his Babypips name.
I thought you wanted to ask him an innocent question or two, not perform a full on character assassination without him at least getting a chance to speak for himself.
He has tried to prove how his strategies work through Youtube clips and posting on BP. He has given advice that is in line with his techniques used and has answered queries on the forum concerning what he’s doing. I’d say that’s a pretty good effort and proving his strategy is a winner.
But regardless of PR effort, what about the strategy? Do you see it being unfit for the purpose of trading? If so, where?
You say the strategy is a loser. I ask you why and then you ask me to tell you why. This is just a circular debate and we’re not getting anywhere. You’re wasting both our time.
This is nother task but I think also pointing out scams makes sense.
Preventing noobs to be impressend and waste money and time with something that does not work.
Stop trying to be the saviour of all newbies and get a life - if he is so much of a fraud and it offends you so much make a complaint to the FSA or whatever
Who said its a debate …I told you I knew your username form over the years ,I also know what your like…So I knew I could count on you to keep posting and keep the thread alive .More posts more views more people see the truth …Thank you Tom great work
