well, we all have seen that blowing accounts usually is a result from greed, high account margin and impatience. It is nobody’s fault but yourself, mate.
I totally agree with you mate. I have seen many followers trading on margin - 2500% and wishing on a falling candle that the markets will return and make them an absolute millionaires.
You need to devote yourself in Forex if you want to at least get a steady profit here. I mean, don’t make a move base on impulse but calculate accordingly. They said slowly and steady beats everything else. 
I agree with you!! things need to be revised and secured all the time. Even when following, or copying the trades of others we need to be secure enough that what we are doing is the the best profit mix out there possible!
