hi i’m a french trader and i’ve found a good strategy and i think i got a good technical analysis, but i do not have knowledge in fundamental, so i’d like to know a free site that can give me some good news?
and don’t give me an economic calendar please:)
I would usually read from Bloomberg and CNBC websites first (and check the economic calendar via my broker’s site). Then I will I go to my mentor’s blog at askmariosingh.com as he provides an overview of what’s happening on daily and weekly basis along with the currency insight.
You’re welcome, Bloomberg does offer paid subscription and free, you may want to check out the trial offer before subscribing for the feed…let us know if you need anything else, good luck!
Yeah Bloomoberg is quite expensive but if you are into fundamentals, I would suggest you give them a try. They do offer you a trial version for 30-60 days, not sure which as it has been a while since I signed on the dotted line. Overall, for a single trader,l it should cost abt $1200, not worth it if you are just starting out since you have more imp things to learn and concentrate on.
I would suggest you try bloomberg AFTER you start making some money in Fx.
As to other links, sorry cannot think of anything else for now. Just google it and see what comes up. I’ll try some search strings later today and update this thread if I get any good links…feel free to update this thread if you come across any good links…
I’ll watch all the “inner circke trader” and i’ll fall on a video that will explain me fundamentals, and yes i’ll try the free trial of bloomberg when i know how to learn the news
Thanks you for your help.
Google for a free desktop program called “fx news alert” it tells you all world news for each currency. has an alarm to remind of imminent news and announcements. I wouldn’t be without it now.
