Do you think that forex means only money .. and money means life?

Does Forex life means only money?
Please share your opinions on this.

My life is largely designed by the relationships and lifestyle I live. Money plays a significant part. I obtain pleasure as a result of what money can provide, but I obtain happiness qs a result what my relationships can provide.

In my case , I prefer to do forex rather than a 8 - 5 Job.

Forex life means a way to make money, it may be a business, a job for a trader but it is not substitute of personal life. Forex life may be professional life.

i don’think so forex means only money.forex improve our knowledge, yeah money is important our life.

I agree with you guys, I agree to say forex is about money only. But money is not everything. Our forex trade is not because of other reasons but just because of money. I see no other reason you trade forex.

life is not only about money, but also happiness.

Money does buy happiness, or it can create it. I don’t care what anybody says whether you’re making $1000-$20,000 a month, to eliminate the stress of paying bills or to pay for my kids sports, you can achieve anything. The only reason I trade is for money plain and simple! It’s not for the game or sport of it, it complements my income and someday I’d like to trade full time. So this crap that people post saying its fun or its a hobby is a joke!

I highly agree with this.
I find that if my JOB is taking too many hours away from my relationships (i.e., my family and friends) than I want to find a way to make the money that makes at least the difference to eliminate the taking away of time for the job, and be able to use that time for my relationships, especially family (wife and kids). Forex, I believe, can provide that avenue, if I apply myself to it. This means spending too much time with forex without making it worth it is a waste. But you have to apply some time and effort (work) to become profitable. I think you can spend a lot less time trading forex than a 60-80 hour work week at the JOB to pay the bills.
I personally, of course, want to make a lot more money than just to pay the bills so I can bring benefits to the ones I have relationships with. I also want to do things for my church, like be able to build a gym, so young people can get together and play basketball, volleyball, and have fun together.
I’m not the type who wants to buy big toys, or giant house, or 6 figure car, but would like to be out of debt.

To conclude, I think money is neutral, and is in the power of the hands of the user. To me, it’s to accomplish a purpose I already have, not to swim in a room full of paper money.

Money gives you the choice to be free and enjoy the more important things in life. It’s a means to an end (a very important means) and not the end itself.

Whether you get that money from a job, business or trading currencies, it all adds up to that ultimate goal.

I like money.

Isn’t it always about money? :60:

Forex is something that I’m passionate about so it sort of gives me life. Money is the main driving force in this case.

But again there are many other things which I’m passionate about as well like tennis, coffee, travelling, etc. But at the moment, I think I spend more time on Forex than anything else.

We all started here just because and behalf of money shall I remind you the results of it? Oh pain, painful pain.

Yes the result of profitable forex trading is money ! But one step higher to money is time. Think of working amost 12 hours to 14 hours everyday for the same money (which unfortunately am doing even now), so fx according to us gives the same money in a comparitively lesser time but not with less effort… You have to make your own effort to be consistent !

With money and time at your disposal , you know what can be accomplished  ! Someday wanna trade forex fulltime leaving this day job !

I think it’s a lifestyle. It’s mostly about money, but you need the right mindset to get it. And when you have it you live a special life.

Forex life is all about money, its the trading of money and currencies

As far as the goal goes, i would say it is for money, and a little fun too. But best of all, its getting on forums like these and talk about something we all have in common. So again yes, although it is for money, its a lot of fun talking about it, learning about it, and well… just the thrill of making (or even losing) money.

I left my +20yr engineering career when I quit my position working for the worst company in my career. I now trade full-time from home and absolutely love it.

Consider the non-monetary, some things in life have no price tag. Working at a business that should not be in business and is daily going in circles like water down the toilet bowl is frustrating to say the least. I can not put a price on the relief of being out of there, working for myself and seeing my wife and kids much much more. That’s the priceless stuff that should be advertised on the credit card commericals.

Oh…and I kind of like money too.

It is for the money. Money can buy me freedom and the things that I enjoy. So it isn’t for the money? Money is a means to an end.

The allure of earning big $$$ brought me here, but having said that I chose to learn forex trading as oppose to other money making venues because I love numbers, patterns and fancy graphs
