how do i change the scale on the right on mt4 so i can see round numbers(i.e 00 and 50) shown?

also, how do i manually enter trades on mt4 simulator so i can practice practice practice???

First question: You can’t.

Second question: You can’t.

I’m sure there are custom indicators out there that highlight the round numbered psych levels, but I don’t have one. A Google search should turn one up easily, though.

And the MT4 Strategy Tester requires a programmed EA to work, you can’t enter trades manually with it.

Actually you can and you can’t. There’s no preset feature within MT4 to do those things, but there is an indicator and an EA that can. Didn’t you try that simulator EA I gave you? 301 Moved Permanently . I also have an indicator that will draw lines on prices ending on whatever multiple you choose if you’d like.
