Well this whole month of October hasn’t been much of a treat… just tricks… but the losses have been kept to a minimum, which is always good. I’m hoping that November will be a “Happy Thanksgiving” month for all of us with the AutoTrader!

This thread seems to be a real winner. I had to join this one. I downloaded the scion forex autotrader because 3 of my trading buddies from work say its good. One question I had, if my pc logs the user out, will the scion ea still run?
Do you mean if you log out from MT4 or Windows?
Dukenukum, you need to maintain your windows with the MT4 running all time, for this reason most of us use a VPS to run the autotrades 24 h/day
Yes I believe my MT4 would still be running, I would have just switched users in Windows. Would it still work? I will probably look to use a VPS. I hear that is what many traders use now a days.
Yes it will work. But VPS would be best. If you have a nice reliable stable connection you can just run your PC all day and you wont need a vps. I would use an old laptop and run it. I think you can even use a Pentium 2 to run MT4 with the scion autotrader.

Be sure to input a prefix or suffix if they use one.
If there is no connection between Scion’s servers and your MT4 it should show a you aren’t connected message? I have not experienced this as an issue for me but I will check it.
Yes duke… you would think so… but the clock was stuck on Friday’s close time while my MT4 platform on my VPS was showing status connected. Maybe the EA was connected but the clock was stuck… lol Anyway I had to reset the EA and everything’s okay now.
