Open/Close positions when candle closes above/below a certain level (MT4)

Hello I want to place my orders in MT4 based on the close price (in any time frame I desire such as H1, H4, D1 etc) rather than realtime price. So, as an example, in a long trade, in H4 time frame, I need MT4 to open an order once price fully closes above a certain level at H4. Currently, MT4 places orders only based on real-time price info. As a result, price touches my entry level but really doesn’t break through it in many instances. Would it be possible to add two new options to MT4 new or…

Coming from an Amibroker background, My knowledge about MT4 is limited. If changing the MT4 order windows is a too big ask, would it be possible to create an EA for this task?
