Hi,
I’ve just find out this website today, it’s better than mt4stat, you can use it to publish your metrader history, and it will analysis everything…
Looks very nice, thanks.
Did you connect your account with them?
Ok, been using them for a day, and it’s pretty much amazing the analytics they do on your account, without needing to lift a finger (well except for the registration process :)).
I’ve got very interesting facts about my trading which I’m gonna use to improve my trading.
Also they have some nice features like connecting a trading account to twitter and more…
Again thank you NickBaz!
That’s a neato site. I just can’t help but wander how many of those accounts are demo’s.
I don’t know how many of you have used this but I am signed up at Currensee thanks to a few senior members giving it good reviews on babypips. (see http://forums.babypips.com/newbie-island/29065-anybody-else-currensee-com-4.html )
so far the performance results in currensee are always accurate because they are based on the results of real trading accounts they do not allow demos to sign up for their platform so i guess myfxbook is useful if you want to papertrade for a while.
There are a lot more features at currensee.com and they even use social indicators based on the trades that get executed by the community.
if you want to sign up they seem to give first priority to members that come from popular forums. from down box say you heard it on babypips. also make sure to check if they work with your forex broker first so you wont waste time signing up and not being able to use it.
I’ve seen both platforms and with what I’ve seen so far. Currensee does a far better job due to drill down strategy analytics and far more in terms of trading legitimacy, there’s no BS in terms of demo vs real. Its all real trading statistics, in real time with traders on your team. Myfxbook looks more like a forum/journal. Currensee is a real-time network allowing traders to talk to each other in addition to harnessing the information gathered from the sentiment of the community to benefit us traders.
MacGyver and I have been on Currensee for a little under a month now, and I think the service has great potential!
We haven’t been successful in getting other Babypippers to join us over there, so it’s pretty much just the two of us watching each other’s trades, so there’s no real benefit to it. But if more people would sign up it would be a great service.
I know I could join up wth people I don’t know, but I don’t want to do that. I’m scared they will just be trading off my signals and not contributing anything themselves.
Phil838 I would love to join your team but I am taking some time off from trading forex and am back on the equities at this crucial time. Do you mind if I PM you when am back in action? if not thats ok too
Can’t wait to see more options rolled out on currensee! i have been with them very early on and wow what a difference. Kudos to their developers!
Sure thing! Just let me know…
It has to be a live Mt4 account? If so, mine is now setup, but I have to wait for some account verification process before I can actually start using it…hopefully soon tho…and then I’ll look into signing up.
Make sure you say where you came from so hopefully they’ll let you in quicker
its like a one stop shop once you get in. live chats, discussions, news.
I’ve met people across the world and some of the best advice was by chatting there. (example: never knew about steve nison’s seminar videos until someone told me there and they have greatly trained my brain)
Yeah, they don’t allow demo accounts. They claim it’s because they want real traders on their service and not people “playing around” on demo accounts.
I think the fact that they make their money by referring people to brokers might have something to do with it too…
A business must survive somehow no?
I found this thread when I searched to see if anyone had already posted on this site I happened across tonight, myfxbook dot com.
It does have one pro compared to Currensee, and that is that Oanda is supported. Other than that I prefer Currensee for the same reasons as Phil.
If demo’s weren’t allowed in myfxbook I’d be interested. But they are…
Hi phil,
I’m liking this site already, and sent you a req. by the name Jad L.
Jado
They are supporting newer ones every day. Not sure about Oanda but maybe contact them about it and see if Oanda is on their to do list?
I haven’t tried myfbook but seeing that they allow demos is enough reason. If i had a demo account (which I do and am sure 99% of us do) I would hook it up there to track my progress and see If i improve.
I hope you contact them and they say Oanda is coming up so you could really use it
Hi everyone,
For those who use MyFxBook I can announce that there is an iPhone app available.
Please post any feedback here in this thread. If there are any features missing or bugs found etc. All feedback is good feedback
Best regards
Tommy
