Silly, the sauce is on the top …Its all about the dough to make the pizza look and taste good. A use of a thick sauce so it won’t sog out the crust … with all the “flaky layers” to add any toppings you’d like…ohh and the cheeses? Just look at it when cutting a slice… the cheeses just follow through and you could see it…looks yummy!!!
