Scalping strategy to finish the year strong

@Vaczak

9:00 a.m. my time. I’m calling it a day

140 pip day for me. What a nice way to close out the week.

Looks very promising, gonna try this out. Cheers)

@JV

I noticed that my broker at least looks like they make the minimum stop loss around 10 pips. So I have been using that minimum and moving it as a trailing.

These settings look better for ranging charts on Eur/Usd

Good morning my people

Good Morning.

Good morning

So is today a Federal Holiday for the banks in the US?

@rocktrucker Yes, That’s what it says on ForexFactory.

I did go ahead and jump the gun and enter a buy on Eur/Usd that is sitting at break even.

My Buy on 1M Eur/Jpy is up 9 pips and SL is at BE.

Maybe we get back to 1.086?

Same for me on the EUR/USD, 2 pips up.

So we won’t have a NY opening to look forward to and there is no major news slated for today either.

Hopefully it ranges from 1.081 and 1.086-7?

@rocktrucker This is actually some very comfortable trading, isn’t it? Just a slow steady profit. I like it. Already moved SL to BE since its so steady right now.

I cashed in 14 pips on the Eur/Jpy buy, so I’m hoping for 36 pips here for my 50.

@AmericanTrader It sure is comfortable trading between these levels.

Nice one on the eur/jpy buy, I was looking at that earlier but got distracted.

@rocktrucker Yeah, well I didn’t get up in time to ride the Eur/USD down on the previous signal. Hope you did.

Closed with 1 pip profit.

re-entered after the little pullback.

@AmericanTrader No as it was around 2 in the morning when all of that happened for me. I like forex but not much to keep waking up at that time to place trades. :rofl:
