Hello People…

I was travelling for a while just got back… did anyone made a Ea for this strategy???.. and I can see that the EURJPY is different from gpbusd??.. Im looking all over couldnt find the post with the rules any help please?

I really never considered doing a video course before… There are so many ripoffs out there and I don’t want to be lumped in with all the scam artists selling video courses…

Selling a book to a publisher is one thing, but I just feel uneasy about selling forex training to individuals… I’d need about $300 worth of software to make it, so I couldn’t give it away for free. Would anyone else be interested in a reasonably priced (around $50) video course that explains my trading strategies, shows me taking live trades, etc.

EDIT: After talking to some people via PM/email we have an answer to my “don’t want to charge” problem. I’m going to make two video courses… One will be a 2-3 hour NickB style course teaching people how I trade. This course will be completely free.

The other will be a 5-minute per day video podcast where I run through the trades I took that day and point out what trades to be watching tomorrow. This is basically a signal service (gasp!) for the lazy people that don’t want to do the work themselves and will cost a monthly fee. Anything profit above what it takes to run the site and produce the videos will be donated to charity (and the fact that I get the tax write-off is enough compensation to me for my time).

So the lazy people are being charged to cover the production fees and bandwidth/website costs so the rest of the people that want to learn to trade for themselves don’t have to pay!

It’s perfect! I don’t have to charge people that want to learn to trade for themselves, and I don’t feel bad about charging the lazy folks because they passed up the free option to get the easy-way-out.

I have updated the EA in the following post, but I need help in debugging it; I set it to print some debug messages if it enter a trading function or so, but in some months it will refuse to print it, and if u look at the trade history it shows that it have done some trades…

I’m taking a break now, thanks~

It’s still in the early testing phase though. Don’t use it on a live account yet, just demo.

Yep. I shorted it on Tuesday and am currently down -81 pips.

I expected that to happen though, so I gave it a pretty wide stoploss. I entered at 133.45 with a SL at 134.75.

The Print() function just sends a message to the Journal for debugging purposes. I forgot to take it out, but it doesn’t do anything else and can’t be the reason for the bug.

It’s all still in the works. I’m recording videos and taking screenshot to finish the book little by little. I have too many projects going on at once and progress is slow.

Hi s050399b,

I’ve loaded your ‘indicators V2’ (that I understood would draw all the entry/exit lines etc.) as per 301 Moved Permanently but I don’t get anything other than PA and the Weekly ATR’s etc. I even tried changing the ‘day check’ to 4 (for today - Thursday) as I thought that might double check it for me, but still nothing other than price action and the weekly ATR. Can you help please?

Also, would it be very hard to give a user option for those who use brokers who supply 5 decimal places rather than the standard 4, re calculating weekly ATR’s etc.?

that code will only work within this time frame Monday GMT 00:00:00 to GMT 04:00:00.

If you were to change it to thursday, it will then work in thursday gmt 0000 to 0400.

The EA would have the function - regardless of 4 or 5 digits. Test it out.
