I knwo what S1 and PP mean. But when does PT mean?

PT means; Profit Target.

As far as I am understanding PT means profit target which signifies a predetermined targeted profit that a trader sets according to his trading strategy. And undoubtedly it is the exit price that a trader believes to be most profitable for him.
