Yeah I trade when I’m back there, that’s where I started. Birmingham is alright but some areas are pretty undesirable. What do you trade mainly?

Yeah the house was huge much better value for money up there. Devon is very expensive.

Yes, Devon’s a place where there’s no shortage of expensive property. But once you’re here, you can never leave.
