I thought that was officially a recession, however in that speech, he was asked a question about Biden saying they wouldnāt have a recession and how would they prevent it. So I guess some other metric than negative growth must be included too

I am afraid that might happen as a result of the recent political tension among the nations. I would say letās hope for the best but also prepare for the worst.
