ahah unfortunately all good stuff is in my phone :grinning:

I am very attached to my phone too. I donā€™t even mind.

Yeah and itā€™s also what keeps people awake. Iā€™m guilty of this. I donā€™t notice that Iā€™ve been on my phone for 1-2 hours already.

I donā€™t mind it. I actually use it to read books and articles. I think I havenā€™t held a paper book or a physical newspaper in at least two years.

Ana, I have the same situation. I have no idea why is it happening, it might be due to some sort of stress or something similar. When I sleep only 4-5 hours for a week, then I am overwhelmed with energy, and suddenly my energy drops and then I usually need to sleep around 12 hours!? Strange

Maybe itā€™s your body telling you that you need to recharge.

@renebaez86 Same. This is still my problem. Though exercising regularly has helped me with the quality of my sleep.

I also sleep 5-6 hours per day. My brain just refuses to turn-off. I donā€™t know if this would lead to some kind of insomnia later, but I just cannot stop working since I open my eyes very early in the morning. Reading definitely is not helping to have more sleep

I often have that problem too. Have you tried any meditation or any relaxing techniques?

Do you practice maditation? Does it help you?

I donā€™t meditate, but Iā€™ve taken up some simple breathing techniques that do help. Also, I learned how to gradually relax when I lie down to fall asleep.

Reading doesnā€™t help me too. I end up finishing the book Iā€™m reading or falling asleep really late.

What kind of breathing techniques are you doing?

Find a youtube video to guide your breathing so it slows down - there are plenty of those so find one which fits your best. Learn how to gradually relax each muscle, starting with the feet and going up. Itā€™s what helped me.

Oh, thatā€™s interesting! What kind of techniques do you use? If itā€™s not a secret.
