I haven’t joined anyone kubio. Read my posts. I still believe he is a profitable trader too. It seems that if you understand the mechanics of the market, then only your own psychology can get in the way of making you money… and IMO that is what happened to Michael.

If this is still a whole trap, to get everyone (including his ex-followers) to turn on him… so that he can come back and “look down” on us for betraying his legacy… then who is he as a person? Does he think he is God, punishing Eve for eating the apple? What a joke, the Ego is ridiculous. I don’t want to have his Ego if I am a millionaire. Like you said, it gets in the way of acknowledging his true supporters, because he spends all his energy attacking his skeptics. It’s insulting in a way, but I let it go for a very long time because of the value I saw in his work.

Keep in mind that he left babypips on his own. He burned his trail and took down all his videos and accounts. That is voluntary removal. If he wanted a fonder memory of himself, he should’ve left with a little more class.

i think this is how these types choose someone to mentee by messing with peoples heads. think 4 people made it through but only 1 gets the attentio

I thought I was fairly perceptive before all of this and that I had a pretty good detector for pooh, but I find myself wondering. All I meant was that just before Ake took a few days off, I read a couple of things and thought, ‘I’ve exchanged texts with this guy once or twice, he seems like a fairly cool guy, why is he so angry?’ Most people have trouble apologizing, and I just think he deserves some credit for doing that, which takes character.

I do have emails responses from ICT regarding my offers of money for 1:1 sessions, and he totally refused. I also had some skype sessions with Eremarket, and I would not say anything negative about anyone on a Forum unless it was smoking gun negative, which I don’t personally have. Eremarket (Jay) seemed knowledgeable about what we discussed, (though not as much as I thought ICT was, and he admitted that.) Jay understood S/D zones, order-flow, risk management, and he discussed books in a way that made me believe that he’d really read them. I never knew Jay knocked heads with ICT. If you watch Jay’s Youtube videos, he gives a shout to ICT regarding the ‘Traders Trinity’ and shows how Jay implemented some of the concepts.

If I have anything negative to say about ICT, it is this: Even if he is all that he said he was, even though it took over-the-top generosity to make all the videos, when people show you the regard of listening to you, taking their time to defend your perspectives because they believe and respect you, regardless of who is the real trader, regardless of affluence, I think basic decency, in my view dictates that ICT say a little more to the folks here who support him. And I mean folks like Ake, Pure Muscle, and some of those folks who paid ICT in the currency of caring. I respect the skills that I saw ICT demonstrate, and if he is that option number two above, he must either be amazingly talented at fooling folks, or I’m refusing to see that I’m getting old, and can’t spot the BS anymore. The laws of Capitalism dictate that he owes nothing, but again the laws of decency are a little different.

do you have the emails? maybe we can use those to track him down

I can guarantee that the [B]real[/B] ICT will be scouring these threads, hopefully without his assault rifle in the other hand, I’ll keep my eye on the US news for the weekend :15:

But how can they not? From my fairly limited point of view ICTs core teachings in a nutshell seem to be: in an uptrend buy dips - look for 62-79% retracements (ote) that confluence with / or various combinations of - support / previous highs / 00 & 50s/ pivot levels (monthly better than weekly better than daily) / Asian highs/lows. look for a run to these levels (when price shoots straight up/down), buy right into a “bold-faced bear candle” , take some % profits out at 20-30 pips, move stops to BE, let the trade run it’s course - reverse for downtrends. Seriously people - Are these not legit methods or something?? From what I can tell - He’s only advocating what is probably the best way to find the low points in an uptrend, and the high points in a downtrend and scoop some profit out early because shi_t can always go Pete Tong! - If there’s something I’m missing about this please enlighten me! CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS METHOD?? I’m certainly open to better suggesstions, as I’m only 1 year into my trading “career” and still green.

Has it really come to this? multiple personas posting random comments all over the place?

Now I don’t have a beef about you, in fact I used to look up to you for your efforts in teaching the methods in your posts, I have even used some of them in my trading.

The purpose of my post? Simple, my advice to you for what it’s worth.

1 Come clean as to your identity and intentions.
2 Apologize to your followers, they are obviously hacked off with you and feel let down by you.
3 Come back to Babypips under your true identity, continue your challenge and show us what your teachings can do, not behind closed doors as this is useless. I for one would like to see the results, good or bad.
4 [B]Lose the ego[/B] It is not needed, there are plenty of traders here teaching their methods successfully without one.

I will not be retorting to any replies to this post, I simply wanted to say my piece.

I am in agreement with mizugami’s comment “This horse has been beaten to glue” and hope the admins now close this thread as it is not performing any function but to continue fueling your ego simply by all the attention being drawn to you.

I also hope all the back-biting and general bun-fighting should stop and can we please concentrate on what Babypips is good for; good traders helping newbies with their trading and traders exchanging trade ideas etc.

John, I’m not Michael >_>. “InnerCircleTraders” was just a flame troll and “ICT” was probably an impersonator that’s why both their accounts got deleted.

Edit: With that said, I’m sure about “TheInnerCircleTrader” being one of Michael’s accounts. He definitely used it to post on a thread (deleted by mods) a few hours ago.

Theses types? There are tests all through life, you go for that job interview but you already failed because of what you wore. Were you told that was what you were being judged on… No, but thats the test isnt it. That you can pick up on expectations without being told, through your own observations, research and deductions.

Can respect someone who has the strength to be wrong in their convictions but its hard to respect someone who has no conviction to be wrong.

Pretty much. Thread title was something like “How emotions tend to ruin traders/people”. He posted that “you can’t have too much of a good thing” (referring to multiple ICT usernames).

On a side note, ake got banned.

It might be a temporary ban…if he behaves and doesn’t come back under another name out of spite that is. I think a bit of a step back from “here” during a probationary timeout might be the thing he needs until the “shock” part wears off somewhat. :44:
