We have to redistribute your wealth to pay for those who depend on the government for retirement. Obviously you are richer than 47 percent of American’s who are net recipients and depend on social security and medicare.

I live in a one bedroom apartment. I worked to get what I have, and I don’t owe you or anybody a darn thing.

Srsly people rely on social security? If they were responsible they’d take retirement into their own hands. I put back about 20% of my income into savings retirement and for my kid. I don’t make much by the way about 60,000 household. And I have 2 houses a car for me and my girlfriend one paid for one house already paid for too by the way. Think of what I could do if I wasn’t paying for someone else to sell their food stamps for half price on the street to buy drugs. I’ve lost in forex too but you kno what that’s my fault for being inconsistent and emotional. The problem with america and even the world is people failing to take responsibility like you.

There is a difference between helping somebody who is down, and having your money stolen to pay for people who feel like you owe them something. I have no interest in helping those people.
Yea I didn’t mention I that’s my base household salary. I worked an average of 63 hours a week for 2 years all that overtime pay adds up. While my girlfriend didn’t work I saved 10k in 6 months. Plus yea my area, cost of living isn’t bad. I lost some money doing some dumb stuff tho. Like giving out loans without collateral lol but mistakes are learned from :-D.
Also all that overtime and volunteering weekends (and I worked a very physical job at the time with little breaks/downtime) what happens? I have to pay more taxes lol. At one point I worked 2 months of 12 hour days without a day off. But life is easy now I rent one house out it pays my payment on my other. For sure worth it.

To be in the 35% bracket, your income must exceed $388,351, unless you are married, and filing separately. In that case it’s anything over $194,176.
Now, for the “common” man with a median income of $45,000, the tax rate is 25%. However, the EFFECTIVE rate is more like 8%. What is an “effective” rate? It’s WHAT YOU PAY AFTER YOUR DEDUCTIONS.

Who’s getting a bargain? It isn’t Romney. You’re the one getting a deal.

I don’t owe a thing to anyone else “less fortunate”. And should my world fall apart, nobody that one could consider more fortunate than me at that point, owes me a thing either. I’ll get back on my feet all by myself.
Those who think someone “owes” them something just for being born, are ingrates in the first place. We are an obese nation full of lazy people who blame everyone else but themselves for their malaise of health problems, and poverty.
I heard a story about a man who won an award for being the laziest person alive. The award consisted of a trophy, and a check for ten thousand dollars. When asked what he wanted done with the check, he said “put it in my pocket for me”.

I have a question for those of you who support Romney. When you look at a map of the US it’s clear that the states where most big companies are based are Dem and, if you’ll forgive the expression, the more backwards states are Rep.
Out of true curiosity, why is this? It seems to me like it would be more logical if it was the other way around?
They’ll be a riot in MO if Romney wins the popular vote but loses the electoral college.

On a more serious note I am will to bet some cold hard cash on the fact Obama will take an early lead in the polls this morning. Leading Romney by a landslide because Romney’s votes will come after the working man gets off work.
