They won’t leave with their money, and if they try like some have already they will face a hefty Expatriation tax. There is no way they will avoid redistributing their wealth, so they had better learn to live with it. No other civilized country in the world will let them exploit the middle class, as they are allowed to here.
If the market did not exploit and steal from the middle class, maybe so many of Americans wouldn’t be on welfare to begin with have you ever thought about that? FOREX is a good example, it uses leverage to steal the life savings of 90 percent of traders to enrich 10 percent of traders, and now when the government asks them to be charitable with higher capital gains taxes they complain with that rhetoric about how their economic liberty is being violated. Well it should be, and starting with better regulations on the finance industry to prevent another recession, and lowering leverage to 10:1 in FOREX.
Most of those businesses that outsource, who are they selling their products to the Chinese? No they are making money from Americans, so don’t be so quick to think that an employer will want to leave this country because of higher taxes.
What most likely will happen is that they will pay those higher taxes, and enjoy the new Dawn of American socialism where they pay for everyone on welfare through government force.

Of course companies here in the USA make money off of Americans. If I did not make profit for the company I work for I would not have a job. It business you make money or die. Ok I will stop there because the sad part is SMAN you are correct. Not all companies will leave. Some will stay and pay higher taxes for part time employees that make no money. You will also have people like me that love my country and will never desert it. But what will happen when these companies pay those higher taxes? DO you not think they are not going to pass these taxes on to you? So now all those asking for help (that will get it no matter who is president by the way) when they go to a grocery store will now pay more. Now my dollar dont go as far neither do those handouts. Now what? You going to ask for more handouts? Well its got to come from taxes right? Repeat process. Though it will happen for only another four years (hopefully)

I don’t know of a place in this world that is better, i know Germany requires you to give up your US citizenship and other places require a lengthy stay to Naturalize. I am in Mexico right now but highly doubt I’ll do the 4 years required to get citizenship. Any foreigners out there with any advice on their countries would be nice.
