I dont have nothing bad to say about him. All his teaching were good. I didnt see anything wrong with any of it. His EGO was a little to big but as far as his contributions I see nothing wrong. Last I checked nobody bad mouthing him has come close to bringing anything to the site that he did. I dont see much be talked about proved wrong. Only he was some millionaire trader (even that cant be disproven).

Riminds me of something I stated on one of his threads a while ago that everyone needed to stop thinking everything he said worked because ICT said so and look into why it works. Some will say OTE dont work because if it did ICT would not be down on his account. Well the 62% fib is no new secret he brought to the site. Bond yields again prove them wrong. Moving averages again look at a 200 daily moving average and tell me it dont hold any weight. Praise the guy no I never did but I surely will not knock him

How can you not knock him? Read the post titled “A letter to a friend” that was posted in this forum. If all that is true, which i think a lot of people will confirm it is, then he deserves to be knocked as he has purposefully deceived people. You don’t have to dismiss his teachings in order to dismiss him as a person.

Same here. I think we’re done with the bashing. Truth is ICT seems to have some “issues” (don’t we all). I’m guessing he’s not feeling to great right now, but these things can be a turning point for the better. ICT, come clean, you’ll feel better. You seem to have real friends here.

I think you are crazy - it doesn’t even seem you paid attention to ICTs videos. OTEs are not Optimum Timed Entries. ICT calls them Optimal TRADE entries. They are entries on the 61-79% of the fractal high/lows. You can backtest this. Killzones are times to take the trades. Again, you can backtest.

You backtest by using a backtesting tool that replays historical data at a faster rate allowing you to take trades as you would in live testing but over a short time period. If you don’t know how to do this then you had better learn before you get conned again.

ICT went private AGAIN. this guy must have some issues. Funny that many people here still praise him and his methods. He is not even using his methods while trading. but the guy can do good BS talk though since still many people seems to listen hahahaha

Kind of disagree here, Bob. Just the same as David Jefferson… the strategy he taught is really good, actually I have been using it for some years, but the man is a con artist. Both said they were gazillionares, never had a losing month and at the end threw a sales pitch.

I don’t feel bad for the guy, not for a second. He deserves every ounce of shame and humiliation he has been given.

I agree. Been thinking about this. His posts here became increasingly angry and emotionaly charged - and this has continued on myfxbook to the point of him coming across as unbalanced. I don’t know, but if feels like we’re watching someone in meltdown… or breakdown… or however you want to put it. Perhaps there’'s personal stuff going on. Maybe this loss of control of his trading on the myfxbook account has something to do with it Like I say, I don’t know. But I certainly don’t feel comfortable bashing the guy. Whatever else has happened, he has not (to my knowledge) tried to con anyone out of money. People suggesting he may do that in the future is pure conjecture.

The problem is that with ICT’s “method” or “tools” you can justify just about any trade from any position on a chart in any direction. With S/R (from any timeframe), monthly, weekly trinity, gmt/gmt+5 pivots, mid-pivots, weekly pivots, monthly pivots, 68-79% retracement from virtually any point in space (swing point, 00/50, S/R), short/medium/long-term market structure, OTE, reflection, extension. Remember each of these levels are valid +/- 15 pips either way for him and you have pretty much every single price covered with multiple “confluences”. This is not even an exaggeration. The only thing that narrowed entry down from complete randomness was his “kill zones” which he kept expanding and now almost covers the entire european session and most of NY session. When that doesn’t work he adds in the 10am judas swing.

Lesson learned! Instead of putting trust in ANYONE, learn a method you are comfortable with and stick through it until it is perfected. Trust no man but yourself! I learned this the hard way. Not with ICT because I chose to perfect my own
strategy before he became popular. I’m not knocking anyone either but only sharing my two cents. I firmly believe this was a lesson well taught to many traders to learn for themselves. Now it is time to move on because this horse is dead, I think we’ve kicked it enough.

I did, it felt kind of creeperish though.

I looked up the 3 baltimore area Michael j huddelstons and did google street views to see if he really was living in some fantabulous mansion.

I imagined that he would be living in a fortress of a house with sports cars lining the driveway, considering the way he made himself out to be. The only places I saw were mediocre town homes and public housing projects in sketchy areas. Hardly the place where a wealthy trader would be living.

i really dont mean to bash sorry if it comes out like that. I’m an arguer lol. You were right. But it was to early for me to call. I havent been around as long :D. Its funny though cause the way you trade you dont pick tops and bottoms lol.
